That is why we do not charge a call-out fee for many of our existing customers because we know they will continue to use our services. However, for new and some our existing customers we may still charge a call-out fee. For example, if you call us out to your business, We will come to check and provide you with a repair quote. If you decide to proceed with the repair, we won't charge you a call-out fee. However, if you choose not to proceed, then there will be a call-out charge, which may vary depending on where and how far you are from us.
