That is why we do not charge a call-out fee for many of our existing customers because we know they will continue to use our services. However, for new and some existing customers who are more than 20 miles away from Glasgow city Centre, we may charge a call-out fee. For example, if you call us out to your business, which is over 20 miles away, we will come to check and provide you with a repair quote. If you decide to proceed with the repair, we won't charge you a call-out fee. However, if you choose not to proceed, then there will be a call-out charge, which may vary depending on where and how far you are from us.
